Shift Breakdown

On-Call Window: Guard must be available to respond within an hour of contact for the $24 per hour.

Regular schedules are paid at $21 per hour.

Responsibilities While On-Call

Keep phone on and charged at all times.

Be ready to report to any assigned site within the hour.

Confirm shift acceptance when contacted.

Uniform ready

Swaps must be approved by supervisor and logged 24 hours in advance.

Emergencies take priority. Expect last-minute changes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive vehicle/ Patrol around community
• Provide exceptional security services to residents.
• Maintain a vigilant presence and ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel and property.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements:

• Clean background check
• Valid guard card issued by the BSIS.
• Exposed permit
• Valid Driver License
• Clean Driving Record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Military veterans are highly encouraged to apply.
