    Hours:

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 11am - 7pm

    Tuesday, Thursday - 9am - 5pm

    Your Role on the Team (Job Functions):

    Performs necessary preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.

    Performs regular fire safety and elevator safety inspections

    Maintain an excellent customer service relationship in accordance with Capital Property Solutions Standards

    Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance

    Installs and repairs appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.

    Conduct routine and periodic property inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns, keep the property in good repair, and communicate concerns about the physical needs of the property to supervisor

    Repairs HVAC (boiler/chiller) equipment and maintains in good working order

    Documenting service actions by completing forms, reports and logs in a timely manner

    Responsible for being on an on-call schedule and taking emergency calls as needed 24/7

    Reports to Maintenance Manager

    Skills:

    Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC preferred

    Experience in the maintenance of high-rise buildings
