Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and efficient Part-time Onsite Manager to join our thriving property management company. In this role, you will serve as the eyes & ears for the company & serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. You will conduct property inspections and enforce community rules and regulations to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment. You will manage vendor relationships as well as oversee & follow-up with repairs and services ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
