Chesapeake Public Schools Heartbeats Wellness Center Pharmacy, powered by On-Site Rx, has an exciting opportunity for a dependable and caring pharmacist to work on an as-needed basis in our Knells Ridge, Chesapeake, VA store.

The pharmacy is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and Saturday, 8am - 1pm. Our distinctive work environment comes with opportunity for career growth and development with hours that support a healthy work – life balance.

On-Site Rx pharmacies offer a unique and innovative setting. We provide closed door pharmacy services for self-insured employers which means we will only be servicing only Chesapeake Public School employees and their dependents. The setting is similar in feel and operation to an independent retail pharmacy, but no outside insurance coverage is accepted – meaning issues with insurance carriers are limited.

• Ability to work well within a pharmacy team serving a diverse patient population
• Current Virginia pharmacist license without restriction or history of disciplinary action
• Must pass a background check and have a negative drug screen
