Job Description

• Sign into the Gohfr app and make yourself available at your discretion for receiving delivery orders by placing yourself “On Duty.”
• Monitor the Gohfr software app for delivery order notifications and accept desired deliveries at your timely discretion.
• Fulfill all deliveries you electively accept through the app. If you become unable to make the delivery you accepted, immediately notify Gohfr so other arrangements can be made to ensure continuity of service.
• Timely and efficiently pick-up/receive and load vehicle with assigned goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions to prevent damage.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure repeat service and good customer reviews.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocol for loading, transporting, and delivering goods. If you do not have your own, Gohfr can provide its safety operations documents for you to emulate and implement.
• Follow all traffic laws set by the State and the rules of the road established any restricted access communities and/or facilities.
• Follow Gohfr operating procedures, protocol and standards of conduct and immediately notify Gohfr of any concerns with customers, products being delivered, or other issues encountered while providing your services.
• Meet customer requests within reason and consult with Gohfr on any unusual requests.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Availability to pickup and execute deliveries across a broad region (Travis & Williamson counties)
• Reliable car, SUV, or truck
• A modern Android or Apple Smartphone with data plan to utilize the Gohfr app
• Active U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required)
• 1+ year(s) of licensed driving experience
• Clear a background check both criminal and driving record history
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to understand and communicate in English
• Drivers bilingual in English and other languages are beneficial
• Current profile photo of driver
• Obtain and maintain personal vehicle insurance minimums required by your insurance carrier
• Current Texas vehicle registration & inspection sticker
• Complete IRS Form W-9 in order to receive a 1099 at end of tax year
