    Job Description: Your Impact

You'll play a critical role in welcoming new team members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and keeping our employee records accurate and compliant. Your "whatever-it-takes" attitude will directly support our growing organization and drive enterprise-wide success.

    Job Duties: How You Win Every Day

    • Own the onboarding process : Coordinate pre-employment tasks such as offer letters, background checks, drug testing, physicals, and first-day orientations.
    • Manage employee data and records : Ensure timely updates to HR systems (Paycom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.) and maintain compliance with I-9s, E-Verify, and state reporting requirements.
    • Be the communication hub : Serve as the key contact for onboarding updates, keeping candidates, managers, and team members informed every step of the way.
    • Oversee compliance : Maintain accurate driver qualification files for DOT drivers and perform MVR checks.
    • Support employee transitions : Manage offboarding processes, including COBRA, unemployment claims, and timely record updates.

    Qualifications: What You Offer

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience in HR, onboarding, or data management is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "whatever-it-takes" attitude.
    • Tech-savviness and experience with HRIS systems like Paycom are preferred.
