Responsibilities: As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will: • Conduct Discovery Meetings & Initial Calls with potential new clients (PNCs). Your goal? Convert them into clients! • Educate PNCs on our services (NO legal advice, just guiding them through their options). • Explaining plans and options clearly and professionally. • Follow up & nurture leads, keeping doors open for future clients. • Help improve client intake process by working with the team. • Must use Oxford Comma and pay great attention to detail in spelling of names of team members and clients. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Has a GREAT personality, a great attitude, and a sense of humor. • Wants a long-term position. • Experience in sales & client relations (preferably service-based sales). • A fast learner who can complete a 4-week intensive training on estate planning, probate, and business law. • Shows compassion when dealing with clients and has a talent for winning their confidence and respect. • Committed to ensuring clients receive top-notch service and results. • Comfortable discussing fees & financial commitments. • Strong attention to detail, CRM management, and follow-through. • Will pitch in to help other Burch Law Team Members. • No one who takes themselves too seriously or thinks that scanning a document or unloading the dishwasher is beneath them. • No experience in a law firm is necessary. • Someone who believes in civil rights and equality for all. Important: This is NOT a legal position—you will NOT give legal advice. Instead, you’ll guide and empower clients to make informed decisions. Compensation: $50,000 - $57,000 yearly
