    Based in Medina Ohio, we own and operate the Medina & Dayton Ohio location of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, as well as the Medina and Dayton Ohio locations of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

    Our continued success is demanding us to launch a Light Commercial division of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning based in our Medina location.

    Overall Position Description

    The successful candidate will function as a service technician, installer, lead technician and field manager combined, until the territory grows enough to justify hiring additional staff under you. We are also willing to hire the helper of your choosing.

    The faster you grow the territory, (with our help) the faster you are moving into more of a managerial role.

    Bottom line is that this business unit is yours to run as you see fit, and you will be in a peer group of other business unit managers who are dedicated to helping you win.

    What’s In It For You

    What you need to do, be, and have:

    Experience as a light commercial HVAC professional

    Able to pass drug, background and MVR checks.

    Proven leadership experience. ( IE Field Supervisor, Service Manager, etc)

    Ability to bid, sell and close jobs

    Ability to specify, source and install equipment.
