We're looking for a sales assistant to work under our Director of Sales to ensure the customers are not left waiting to place orders, and to provide speedy responses when they have questions or need help. This will involve complex live demos, handling billing questions, discussing software integrations, taking challenging phone calls, and of course plenty of straightforward sales calls and chats and emails.

DUTIES:

We're looking for a sales assistant to work under our Director of Sales. You will help to make more sales by providing live demos and walkthroughs, emailing simple quotes, processing new orders, managing subscriptions, and handling a constant stream of straightforward sales calls and chats and emails. You will route calls, set appointments, field simple (and eventually technical) questions, and provide support to VIP customers, enable the Director of Sales and his team to focus on new reach and landing bigger customers with more complex requirements.

If you’re up for it there’s plenty of room to grow! You can develop your technical prowess by assisting our customer support team, you can be involved in suggesting UI improvements, documenting requirements for updates, testing new versions, evaluating new equipment, and all the other exciting stuff that keeps us moving up to new heights.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

· A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn

· Computer literacy, organization skills, follow-up skills, typing skills

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

· A customer service or clerical background is helpful, but not necessary, we will train you.
