Responsibilities: • Facilitate effective communication between the managing broker and clients to ensure transparency and strong relationships • Provide prompt and valuable client-centric communication through various channels like phone, text, and email • Lead and support innovative projects to successful completion in alignment with business goals • Coordinate and supervise team members efficiently to foster collaboration and achieve common objectives • Maintain accurate client data in streamlined database management systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility • Assist in reviewing real estate contracts to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, offering valuable insights and recommendations Qualifications: • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent • 2-3 years of executive or administrative assistant experience • Prior experience in the Colorado real estate industry is preferred • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and working within tight deadlines • Familiarity with Google Suite, knowledge of CTME (Contract-to-Market Expert), and experience with Multiple Listing Services (MLS) • Competence in utilizing Real Estate CRM software, specifically Follow Up Boss Compensation: $48,000+
