    Hiring a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator. Looking for a qualified candidate with experience with payroll and or benefits, You will be cross trained to do both. Do not have to have a degree but does REQUIRE experience. Fast paced and lots of volume.

     

    Job Requirements

    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment
    • Support annual benefits open enrollment process
    • Assisting with enrollment of benefits
    • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits
    • Inform employees about benefits by explaining benefit programs
    • Prepare payroll and benefits reports
    • Assist employees with benefits related questions
    • Explain benefits self-enrollment system to new employees
    • Orient new employees to payroll and benefits
    • Resolve benefits issues and claims
    • Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files
    • Administer benefits enrollment to all new hires
    • Facilitate resolution of employee benefits issues
    • Assist the benefits specialist with annual open enrollment
