The Associate is responsible for assisting customers with financial transactions and service (via telephone, chat, and email). They maintain customer accounts and required documentation, ensuring and maintaining customer confidentiality. Associates also manage the customer loan process for new loan, reloan accounts, and follow up on past due customers. All duties must be accomplished while adhering to regulatory requirements, federal/state, local laws, and company policies and procedures.
Must be 21, eligible to work in the USA, and able to successfully complete all post offer screens, including a criminal background check, reference check, and drug test. Regular and punctual attendance is required. Schedules may be changed as needed to accommodate business needs. Overtime may be required. Must meet all applicable state and local regulatory requirements.
