    Job Description

    About the Team: As the Online Personal Stylist reporting to the Associate Manager of Personal Shopping, you'll be taking on the responsibility of catering to a diverse group of premium online customers. You will be cultivating lasting relationships with our customers by delivering an exceptional personal styling and shopping experience. You'll be consulting with customers in real time, using instant messaging platforms and email. Through blending your keen understanding of current trends with the unique styles and lifestyles of our customers you will build your network of clientele.

    How To Excel In This Role:

    • Experience in Customer Service or Sales within the Luxury Retail Industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and cater to a diverse clientele in the luxury segment.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury brands, including their history and garment construction.
    • Proficient in web and computer applications, with expertise in Google suite an asset.

    • Compensation Package: The base salary is $51,000, with commission opportunities leading to an average annual total of $90,000.
