Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Travel Reservations Advisor to assist clients in booking flights, hotels, and vacation packages. In this role, you will provide expert recommendations, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth booking experience from start to finish. This is a fully remote position , allowing you to work from anywhere while helping clients plan their dream getaways.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking travel accommodations based on their preferences and budget.
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel itineraries, and exclusive travel deals.
• Ensure booking accuracy and address any changes, cancellations, or modifications as needed.
• Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and vendor partnerships to provide the best advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after clients' travels.

Qualifications
