RCP Management seeks an experienced Onsite Community Manager for a community in East Windsor, NJ. RCP offers a competitive starting salary of $80,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package. The responsibilities of the Onsite Community Manager include providing top-tier customer service and overseeing community association management. RCP requires candidates to have their CMCA designation or similar from CAI and/or IREM, and experience with Vantaca. Previous HOA/Condo management experience is a must. Preferred experience in Active Adult communities and New Construction/Transition management. Responsibilities: • Organize and facilitate board meetings • Prepare agenda, management report, and all supporting documents for Board meeting • Prepare meeting minutes • Conduct regular property inspections • Promptly address homeowner inquiries and provide necessary assistance • Supervise and collaborate with emergency services when needed • Demonstrate proficiency in financial management practices • Possess a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws, local regulations, and company policies • Maintain a high level of service delivery during challenging situations • Provide guidance and recommendation to Board on proper operations, fiduciary duty, financial management, etc. • Able to operate independently Qualifications: • A CMCA or any other certifications from CAI and/or IREM are required • Minimum 5 years experience in community association management required • Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and best practices is necessary • Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must • Ability to maintain professional decorum and confidentiality • Familiarity with Vantaca software is preferred Compensation: $80,000 Annually
