    RCP Management is seeking an experienced Community Property Manager for a community located in Central Jersey. RCP offers an excellent opportunity with a starting salary of $90,000 annually and a strong benefits package, including, 401(k)/Roth Programs, Health, Wellness, and Dental Benefits. The property manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and support for all aspects of property management. A PCAM or other designations from CAI and/or IREM and Vantaca experience is highly preferred. Prior HOA/Condo management experience is also preferred. Responsibilities: • Organize and facilitate board meetings while preparing management reports. • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. • Promptly address homeowner inquiries and provide necessary assistance. • Supervise and collaborate with emergency services when needed. • Demonstrate proficiency in financial management practices. • Possess a comprehensive understanding of condominium law, local regulations, and company policies. • Maintain a high level of service delivery during challenging situations requiring crisis management skills. Qualifications: • A PCAM or any other certifications from CAI and/or IREM are preferred. • Demonstrated experience in property management is essential for this role. • Previous experience in HOA/Condo management is highly advantageous. • Holding a Property Management designation is preferred. • Thorough knowledge of condo laws and best practices is necessary. • Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must. • Familiarity with Vantaca software is preferred.
