Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties in Columbia, MD, including receiving and creating work orders for property maintenance and repair requests. • Ensure timely follow-up on all open tasks and work orders until completion. • Monitor and close out open tasks daily, providing a weekly status report to the Manager, including reasons for non-completion and anticipated closure dates. • Assist the Community Manager in reviewing and approving invoices, ensuring completion of inspection before approval, and resolving any discrepancies. • Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned properties in Columbia, MD. • Respond to homeowner correspondence within 24 hours via call or email. • Maintain up-to-date Community Information Sheet for assigned properties, verifying and monitoring all relevant information regularly. • Help review contracts to ensure they meet the community's needs and are current. • Follow up with homeowners the next business day after emergency response repairs. • Conduct weekly inspections of assigned properties, noting deficiencies and taking necessary actions to address them. • Assist in preparing monthly management reports and coordinating community meetings, including necessary preparations. • Manage insurance database for all owners to ensure active policies, sending notifications and following up as needed. • Prepare and send out all community mailings promptly. • Provide necessary support to the Community Manager as required. Qualifications: • Must be organized and able to efficiently multitask. • Must be detail-oriented. • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated and be able to work independently. • Must possess effective communication skills. • 2+ years of experience in property management or related field. • Knowledge of property management software and tools. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. • US Work Authorization. Compensation: $45,000 yearly
