    A luxury Hi-Rise condominium in N. Bethesda, seeks an experienced On-Site General Manager. The property is a connected dual sixteen-story high-rise structure comprising 453 residential units, one retail convenience store, and one professional office. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the property to ensure a safe and well-functioning environment for residents. • Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner. • Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to uphold high standards of living and compliance with regulations. • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance projects to uphold property value. • Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and financial health of the property. Qualifications: • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred. • At least 7 years of condominium management (or equivalent relevant experience) as an On-Site or Property Manager. • Must have property Management certifications through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). • Solid understanding of managing discrete and confidential information. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point). Experience with building management software systems/websites preferred including Vantaca. • Extremely resourceful, strong technical and analytical abilities, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Applied knowledge of the Maryland Condominium Act. Ability to read, understand, and operate the condominium association pursuant to its Declaration and Bylaws. • Knowledge of risk management practices and an understanding of and experience with insurance claims handling. • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations, willingness to participate in training to comply with new or existing laws. Salary commensurate with experience, skills, and track record. Compensation: $80,000-$95,000
