CAMCO Property Management is actively looking for a Onsite High-Rise Assistant Property Manager to become part of our dedicated team. This role is full time, requiring 5 days a week onsite with a salary range of $70,000-$80,000 based on experience. Qualifications: • Prior experience working with HOAs/Condo Associations is highly preferred. • Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property management software. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for association events or emergencies.
