Archways Property Management is looking for an Onsite manager for an apartment building in Panorama City.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of assigned property

Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates

Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs.

Uphold a positive, productive relationship with tenants

Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.

Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses

Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.

Accomplish daily inspections report of property and submit to Supervisor

Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

Update job and market knowledge

Requirements

Desirable work experience as property manager

Understanding of property management

Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management

Competency in MS Office & Google Drive

Customer focus and bottom-line orientation

Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills

Well organized with excellent time management skills

High school or equivalent

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Desired experience:

Property Manager: 1 year

Required language:

English.

Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.28 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week
