    Fineman Management Inc. is actively seeking an onsite property manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time onsite role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000. As a Property Manager, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills by providing management, direction, and leadership to ensure properties are maintained and operated in accordance with the objectives of each Association and the Company. A successful Property Manager must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: • Facilitate effective communication between residents, board members, and other stakeholders. • Organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community. • Manage and maintain community records, including resident information, financial records, and governing documents. • Coordinate board meetings and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports. • Ensure compliance with HOA/condo regulations and policies. • Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the community. • Oversee maintenance and repair activities for common areas. • Oversee and manage all onsite staff including but not limited to maintenance, janitorial, front desk, and concierge. • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for necessary services. • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs. • Enforce community rules and regulations fairly and consistently. • Stay informed about relevant local, state, and federal laws affecting community associations. • Utilize software and technology tools for efficient community management. • Maintain an updated community website or communication platform. • Provide regular reports to the board and residents on community activities, financial status, and other relevant matters. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in property management, specifically HOA or Condo Associations. • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • US work authorization. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
