In this role, you'll be responsible for executing our sales strategy, hitting revenue targets, and generating both new and repeat business across various verticals. Responsibilities: • Organize meetings with department heads, report on sales activity for the previous and upcoming weeks, and produce a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenses • Coordination with the management team and department heads in designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve high occupancy and profitability • Boost revenue and increase new guest visits through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network • Evaluate information gathered from market data and create a plan to meet design marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and create an annual sales forecast • Establish strategies to assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly room booking goals that are aligned with overall hotel and revenue management objectives Qualifications: • 3 + years of hospitality years experience, extended stay preferred but not mandatory • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • Displays a proven track record of sales success by lead-generation and closing • Knowledge of computer-based software such as Microsoft Word and Excel Compensation: $60,000 yearly
