Role Overview:
As the Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the restaurant. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales and profitability, and leading a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience by maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and engage with the local community to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for growth, including menu innovation, events, and potential new locations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Restaurant General Manager, Operating Partner, Managing Partner, or Regional Manager with an upscale restaurant group, with a track record of success in leading a team and achieving business goals.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profit/loss analysis.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to quality in all aspects of service and operations.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a desire to take ownership and drive the business forward.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and customers.
