The role
We are looking for a responsible Operation Support Specialist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Among their responsibilities are providing support to students, instructors, guests, and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and handling all aspects of administration for our company.
Responsibilities
- Greet students, instructors, guests in a friendly manner and ensure the facility is safe, comfortable and well maintained. Receive and disburse deliveries. Inform management of facility, student and instructor concerns on- and off-site.
- Prepare student folders, student ID badges, rosters and complete student check-in.
- Perform administrative and office support activities including filing, maintaining internal databases
- Prepare and inspect the test room, test stations and supplies to confirm compliance
- Proctor a variety of tests while maintaining a secure testing environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials.
- Responsible for reception duties; check-in and out of testing candidates.
- Assist with daily test center operations to ensure a safe and secure testing environment.
- Audit and maintain records and prepare audits quarterly.
- Maintain office supplies, stock break room supplies and in-house produced student training materials.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school required. Some college coursework or degree in business, communications, sales, marketing or related field preferred
- Excellent customer service experience required
- Aviation experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required; experience with 14 CFR Part 142 (preferred but not required)
- Scheduling experience a plus
- No travel required
