We're now looking for an exceptional Operations and Administrative Associate, who is based in New York or within commutable distance from New York City , to help us run like a well-oiled machine.
As our Operations and Administrative Associate, you'll play a critical role in keeping our day-to-day operations seamless and our internal engine running smoothly. You'll juggle multiple responsibilities ranging from office and mail management to supporting HR operations and streamlining internal processes. Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of our NYC office, including supplies, equipment, vendor management, and space organization.
Administrative Support: Provide top-notch support across departments with scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and internal communications.
Mail & Logistics Management: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and ensure timely distribution across teams and partners.
Event & Conference Coordination: Manage logistics for conferences, travel arrangements, internal events, and team offsites.
HR Support: Assist with HR operations and coordinating employee experience initiatives
Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient, scalable processes across administrative functions.
State Registrations: Support legal and compliance teams with filing and maintaining state registrations and licenses.
All-Hands-On-Deck Mentality: Roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed — no task too big or small.

Prior experience in a startup, operations, admin, or EA role is a plus
