The Improta Team, a top-producing real estate group in Calabasas, is seeking an Operations Administrator to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our high-performing team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. We are looking for a proactive, solutions-driven individual who can streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure seamless execution of our real estate operations. Why Join Us? • Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 • Potential yearly earnings up to $120,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months • Stipend benefits available • Opportunity to work alongside a top-tier team in the real estate industry Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems to enhance team efficiency. • Oversee transaction coordination from contract to closing, ensuring compliance and smooth execution. • Manage and optimize databases, CRM systems, and lead management tools. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless client experience. • Oversee marketing initiatives, including social media management, website updates, and campaign coordination. • Coordinate and execute high-level events with professionalism and attention to detail. • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and administrative functions. • Identify areas for operational improvement and drive initiatives that enhance team performance. • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members as the company grows. Qualifications: • Real estate experience preferred but not required. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms, social media, and office tools. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-tier service. • Ability to work flexibly, including some weekends, to support business needs. • Must reside within 10-20 minutes of Calabasas for in-person team meetings. • A “can-do” attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks to drive results. Compensation: $120,000 OTE
