    Job Description

    The Transworld Business Advisors corporate team is looking for a new member to round out our staff of motivated and passionate individuals. Our team supports the Transworld Business Advisors network of franchisees and agents across the globe. Your role as Operations Advisor is essential to our growing brand. You will spend time in office working closely with our team as well as out in the field face to face with the franchisees that are doing “Good Deals for Good People” (our unofficial motto).

    The Operations Advisor responsibilities include:

    • Travel to new Franchisee offices and implement the Office Launch Program
      • Assist with landing listing appointments and meetings with potential clients
      • Advise on day-to-day operations including running an office and hiring agents
      • Instruct on marketing initiatives
    • Visit offices and coordinate regional meetings as needed
    • Participate in Discovery Day program for Transworld Franchisee candidates
    • Train and support franchisees and agents on the Transworld systems and model
      • Instruct on CRM software and statistical analysis of sales processes for franchisee offices
      • Assist franchisees with listing packaging including recasts
    • Advise the support department on issues & training opportunities identified in the field
    • Special projects and programs as assigned
    • Communicate with Royalty department on known deals
    • Liaise and manage key suppliers and vendors as partners of the Transworld network
    • Attend & support as a Transworld team member at the Annual Transworld Conference
      • Coordinate sponsorship & trade show opportunities for vendors leading up to the conference
    • Travel 50-75% domestically with international opportunities
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    · Associate Diploma or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    · Ability to run statistical analysis on financial documents

    · Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of franchisees, or clients

    · Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies

    · Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software’s, and accounting software a plus

    · Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is required. Available and Reliable Transportation

    · Business brokerage/business sales/real estate, sales/marketing experience preferred.

    · Must be able to travel an average of 50%-75% of the time

    · Credit card with an available credit limit to cover reimbursable business travel expenses
