  • Responsibilities

    The Operations Analyst will report directly to the COO/CFO, with periodic instruction from the CEO/Managing Attorney, Director of Operations, and senior members of the legal team. This is an opportunity for an intelligent, driven individual to join a growing Arizona law firm and meaningfully contribute to the overall success of the firm. Given the niche nature of Big Auto’s business model, specific experience within the high-volume personal injury or investment management industries is a plus, but not a requirement. Responsibilities: • Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to accounting, data integrity management, financial analysis/modeling, treasury/cash management, financial reporting, tax analysis, facilities management, and various ad-hoc tasks as needed. The Analyst will be highly involved in the company’s buildout of data management and visualization software systems and will have responsibilities for maintaining and updating those platforms. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (accounting, finance, information systems or similar degree preferred). • Accounting experience or financial reporting analysis experience. • Above average proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). • Experience/skills relating to information technology and data systems. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong work ethic and a strategic thinker; someone who can approach problems from many angles. • Proactive, self-starter that will not need constant supervision. • Detail-oriented. • Availability and eagerness to be in the Phoenix, AZ office during normal business hours. Preferred Qualifications (not required): • Experience working with large data sets. • Data or case management system experience. • Domo, AWS, and/or PowerBI experience. • Experience creating or maintaining internal reports and monitoring key metrics. • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Financial Analyst. Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000
