Responsibilities: • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. • Process Optimization: Assess current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve client service. • Technology & Automation: Work with legal tech solutions, CRM systems, and case management software to enhance productivity and workflow automation. • Financial & Performance Metrics: Monitor financial performance, billing trends, case cycle times, and other key metrics to improve profitability and firm efficiency. • Project Management: Support operational initiatives, including process improvements, new system implementations, and strategic planning projects. • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal industry regulations, data security standards, and internal firm policies. • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to enhance operational strategies and implement best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a related role (experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred). • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI or similar). • Experience with legal technology, CRM, and case management software is a plus. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
