The Operations Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and help facilitate the day-to-day administration of programs within the Atlas clinic. The Operations Assistant will work with the Operations Manager to welcome clients and staff to the center, and will ensure that they have what they need. They will interact regularly with clients and support the management of the facility, files, supplies and vendors to ensure smooth operations of the center. They will work with the Operations Managers to support any administrative needs of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and understand that this position plays an important role in helping families obtain the high-quality services their children deserve. Responsibilities: • Support overall administrative and clinical activities for the center • Perform administrative tasks (paperwork, supply stocking/cleaning, etc.) • Manage inventory and organize supplies as needed within the clinic • Lead setup of curriculum activities for clients • Help support clinical staff in their day-to-day responsibilities • Support organizing team events and meetings to create a fun and lively work environment • Ensure compliance with local requirements to include fire and emergency drills • Ensure center is clean, safe, presentable, and appropriately set up at all times • Manage the reception area • Open and close the center daily and assist with client drop-off and pick-up Qualifications: Qualifications and Education Requirements: • High School degree preferred • Experience in clinical/center-based settings highly valued • Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued Preferred Skills: • Highly organized, with attention to detail • Strong communicator • Loves working with kids • Compassionate with a high EQ • Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership and parent/caregivers Compensation: $15 hourly
