Responsibilities: • Intake and schedule projects while handling client requests through email, text messaging, and voice calls • Heavy communication with clients to gather incomplete project information. • Enter and complete data entry for each project’s scope of work, billing, and special instructions provided by clients. • Assist the Report Writing Team by sending out verbal results via email for projects, ensuring correct and accurate interpretation of data. • Take on and complete in a timely manner a variety of other recurring and “Ad Hoc” tasks and projects. Skills • Experienced with Apple MacBook, Apple iPhone, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Slack • Become proficient in company databases, project management system,s and third-party software applications in use by the company • The ability to understand and manage complex and rapidly changing Field Technician schedules • High levels of written, verbal, and punctuation communication, communicating appropriately and professionally with clients. • The ability to work under pressure of multiple, concurrent deadlines and client demands. • Ability to follow up on missing or pending project information from clients and ensure all required information is obtained for scheduled assignments • Extremely detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple priorities in the office • Independently use good judgment to respond to various inquiries and respond appropriately to various client demands Qualifications: • High School Diploma • Administrative/computer experience in a fast-paced, disruptive environment • Experience in the Environmental Testing industry, or knowledge of construction, restoration, or abatement processes, is a plus Other Duties • Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for their job.
