    Local (Fargo ND) We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized Executive/Operations Assistant to play a key role in our growing team. This position requires that you work from home, BUT that you are local to the Fargo-Moorhead area. This is a full-time position. You’ll be responsible for assisting our key leaders with administrative duties such as running errands, answering inquiries and emails from tenants, coordinating with maintenance staff, data entry, and transaction management for monthly accounting, helping fill vacancies for our long-term & Airbnb rental portfolio, & real estate agent assistance with contracts & other day-to-day activities. This person will be many different things and every day might look a little different. Responsibilities: • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks • Perform basic bookkeeping duties • Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive • Property management activities such as coordinating with prospective guests, guest correspondence, & other administrative activity • Real Estate administrative activities such as sending emails to agents & lenders, organizing documents in online files, and assisting agents in any way • Corresponding with guests if they have an issue with their stay • Picking up supplies & re-stock items for Airbnb properties • Assembling & organizing a 1 bedroom apartment so it's ready for a guest • Coordination with local vendors to complete work orders needed for properties Qualifications: • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Familiar with Microsoft Office Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
