Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Charter Transportation Team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while able to communicate verbally and efficiently with clients. Responsibilities
Oversee all operational aspects of the business
Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
Oversee operations and reservations
Dispatch and monitor units
Office duties including answering phones and checking emails
Qualifications
Associates degree in Business or a related field
Previous experience as an operations is preferred
Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Ability to multitask and handles various situations professionally
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of dispatch and reservations a plus
