💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Join on property tours, client visits, and supply runs — you’ll be in the field as much as in front of a screen

Handle admin work: send invoices, schedule meetings, draft proposals, and keep things moving

Perform quality control checks to ensure jobs are done right

Transport supplies between job sites around Greater Cleveland

Work directly with management to streamline operations and make an impact

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Recent college graduate (or graduating soon) — no corporate experience required, just hustle and a great attitude

Business or business-related 4 year degree

Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license

Solid communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

A self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged

Comfortable with working weekends when needed

Organized, dependable, and ready to learn fast

📍 Position Details:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (In-person)

Pay: $40,000 annually, paid weekly (gas compensated)

Location: Based in Cleveland, with travel around Greater Cleveland
