We are seeking the right person to join our award-winning customer-service-oriented team! As a wide-format printing and sign company in Nashville, we are in the business of selling, designing, producing, and installing high quality prints and signage.
This position is the first point of contact for customer walk-ins, phone calls, and email inquiries. This person provides excellent customer service, accurately assesses all customer signage needs, and assists with in-house marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Respond efficiently to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries to determine sign needs, provide recommendations and quotes and assist with the order process.
Process all work orders accurately and obtain customer approval.
Obtain payments on orders
Occasionally go out of office for site surveys, deliveries, and other circumstances
Work closely with the Production Team to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders.
Maintain a good working relationship with vendors to obtain quotes and follow up on orders in process.
Implement effective marketing strategies within the store.
Support Management as needed with reports, invoices and paperwork.
Cross train in other areas of the store to maintain a fully functioning store at all times.
Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements :
Must be computer knowledgeable and have experience with basic programs including Windows, macOS, Office and POS/QuickBooks system.
Must be proficient in usage of the English language including spelling, grammar, punctuation and proofreading.
Possess a good understanding of basic sales and marketing tactics.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
