Operations Assistant is to Provide general Operations support as needed. This support includes but is not limited to helping investigate inventory discrepancies and shortages, assist in production order creation, assigning raw material allocations and consumptions, overseeing interdepartmental material requests and placing purchase requestions and purchase orders as needed. The Office Administrator will report directly to the Capacity Planning Supervisor.
Work Activities
Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 or 8:30 to 5:00. Overtime is occasionally.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of two years related experience
Word Processing, Microsoft Office Suite
ERP Use 2+ years
20.19 per hr
