ProLift Garage Doors seeks experienced Operations Assistant to perform duties as follows:

Coordination: Assist in the management activities of multiple technicians in the performance of garage door service operations to include service repairs, installations, and schedule management via the use of ServiceTitan CRM.

Sales: Efficiently and correctly complete estimates for the sales of garage doors, garage door service calls, and parts via the use of ServiceTitan CRM.

Communication: Answer phones and engage with customers for estimates, scheduling, and payments. Follow up on established leads via phone calls and emails on a daily basis.

Purchasing: Assist in the ordering of complete garage door packages and parts from various suppliers. Ability to learn the various garage door models and parts.

Data Collection: Collect data and maintain various reports as directed by management.

If you have prior experience working in an operations assistant with a residential focused garage door company and seek a part-time/full-time position, please apply. Training will be provided if you lack experience with a garage door company. This position may transition into the Operations Manager role as the company grows.

Skills Required

Ability to communicate effectively with management

Ability to plan, implement and direct field activities

Strong computer and software skills – including scheduling and dispatch management systems

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and general public

Customer service-oriented outlook on business

Be a self-starter with the ability to organize multiple projects, manage rapidly shifting priorities and produce tangible, measurable results

Advanced problem-solving skills

Basic business math and legible handwriting

Must have valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience that would provide the skills and abilities necessary to complete the job.

Experience

2 years or more experience in the garage door industry - ideal, but not necessary
