Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Associate.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the business

Create strategic and operational goals and objectives

Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability

Microsoft Suite, Excel Plus.

Having attention to detail and eagerness to learn

Ability and willingness to travel

Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Knows BestRx is a big plus

Project Management Experience is a plus

Set and monitor key performance indicators

Qualifications

Degree in Business or a related field

Previous experience in Healthcare sector in operations is preferred

Preferred Pharmacy Tech Experience

Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles

Onsite Role, 9am-5pm Monday through Friday with some travel as needed. South Plainfield, NJ 07080
