POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person to support daily operations and help maintain a smooth and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can handle administrative duties, assist various departments, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external contacts — all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
REPORTS TO: Director Of Operations
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, macros)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality
High school graduate, college degree preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
Support data entry, filing systems (digital), and record keeping
Assist with basic billing, invoicing, and collections follow-up
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Perform other general administrative tasks as requested
