Position Overview: At FreePower, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the industry with our innovative FreePower for Countertop solutions. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to act as warehouse staff. This role will report directly to the VP of Operations and requires full-time presence at our Phoenix, AZ office.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory (electronics, chargers, accessories, and packaging).
• Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet customer and business demands.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in stock counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklift) and follow safety guidelines.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Use computers and software tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) to track inventory and shipments.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and moving heavy materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; 1-2 years of warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
