Company Overview: RHW is a dynamic and growing Self- Storage company that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant.
Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team and managing accounts payable functions for the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations tasks, including project management, scheduling, human resources and customer service
- Review and process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Reconcile discrepancies in vendor invoices and resolve any payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting- Assist with other duties as assigned by the operations manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations or accounts payable preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
