Dirt Fighters is a decade-old company in St Louis and we’re growing. Its time to add the right person to our team, to support the day to day operations of our cleaning crews. As a company, we serve the Multifamily Industry by cleaning apartments to get them ready for new residents, and various other types of commercial cleaning.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Operations
Answer client calls and emails to schedule our service (cleaning)
Build the schedule for our cleaning crews, for the next workday. Determine the best routes, considering crew locations, work schedules, client requirements and requests
Troubleshoot problems over the phone with our Crew Leaders and Clients (keys, parking, etc)
Manage inventory in our warehouse by assessing inventory and placing orders
Deliver supplies to crews at their worksite as needed
Repair vacuums and cleaning supplies
Cleaning
Fill-in leading a cleaning crew. You will help to bridge gaps from crew vacation/sick time (approximately 10% of your time, averaged over long periods of time).
Conduct cleaning interviews (Paid Working Interviews) with new candidates
Conduct training with our crews
Maintain the cleaning inside office and warehouse
Take trash from office and warehouse to dumpster
Administrative
Open the mail, file documents using our system (paper and online)
Deposit client checks
Track and report on various key performance metrics
Review employee mileage sheets for accuracy
Enter weekly employee performance data into our database

Work primarily from our office in St Louis (South County, near 55/270), with a portion of the work done at our client worksites
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the readiness to absorb chaos and stress from crews and clients – while problem solving and de-escalating
An eye for details
Ability to prioritize many competing priorities as you switch between tabs on an internet browser, juggle texts and phone calls, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, etc) with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
Prior experience in Dispatching service crews is preferred. For entry level employees, experience in retail, restaurant service or administrative roles are preferred.
