Agility Recruiting is partnering with a global logistics company looking to bring on a full time Operations Coordinator. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for managing all communication related to our equipment activities and maintaining data integrity.
This person will sit onsite at their San Francisco office.
Your specific duties will include:
- Creating monthly lease billing statements
- Reviewing and validating invoices from our valued vendors
- Monitoring the progress of equipment repairs
- Facilitating equipment pickup and return authorizations
- Updating daily records of equipment movements (inbound/outbound)
- Conducting monthly depot inventory reconciliations
- Organizing and maintaining records of depot and lease contracts
- Generating insightful reports and maintaining spreadsheets to track project data
- Providing the sales team with weekly inventory updates
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience in the marine equipment, logistics, or transportation leasing industry is advantageous, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, including Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and data sorting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Detail-oriented team player with a collaborative spirit
- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with vendors in a timely manner
