    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to assist our leadership team with daily operations, vendor coordination, tenant interactions, and compliance management. This role combines office work with site visits as needed. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $45,000-$50,000 • Health, dental, and vision benefits • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Assist with scheduling, emails, and phone inquiries. • Coordinate meetings, property inspections, and compliance tracking. • Maintain records, documents, and spreadsheets for property management. • Support move-ins, move-outs, and rental inspections. • Ensure timely follow-ups on maintenance requests. • Monitor property conditions and oversee upkeep, including vendor services. • Track lease compliance, late fees, and rental modifications. • Manage vendor relationships and schedule services. • Support investor communications and administrative tasks. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in operations, real estate, or administrative support. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Ability to handle escalations and emergencies professionally. • Experience in vendor coordination and tenant relations is a plus. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
