** Responsibilities:**

• Coordinating freight movement
• Excel at Customer Service
• Offer a variety of logistic services over the phone and email.
• Promote Diversified Transportation Services to potential clients
• Effective marketing and promotion of Diversified Transportation Services to potential clients
• Negotiate Rates
• Follow up with customers and providers to sell, answer questions, and offer solutions
• Act as a consultant to DTS clients
• Provide assistance to management, clients and the sales team

Qualifications

• A team player, helpful and cooperative
• Excellent and verbal communication skills
• Solid PC/Workstation skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Sales and customer service experience is/are a plus
• Ability to build rapport quickly and easily over the telephone
• Ability to handle objections
