Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 • Paid Time Off • 401K Match 3% • Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of buyer and listing transactions from contract to close, ensuring timelines are met and details are flawlessly executed. • Develop, follow, and maintain systems to prevent errors, improve efficiency, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. • Ensure all contracts and paperwork are complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and company standards. • Communicate and collaborate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other vendors to ensure smooth transactions. • Anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions to prevent disruptions. • Provide administrative and operational support to agents and leadership as needed. • Use CRM and transaction management software to track progress and maintain organized records. • Assist in planning and executing team and client events, ensuring every detail is handled with care. • Collaborate with the team to create and distribute marketing materials for listings and client outreach. • Continuously analyze and refine workflows to create efficiencies and enhance the overall client and team experience. • Handle on-site tasks such as staging assistance, lockbox management, and property preparations when necessary. • Ensure all processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
