    Key Responsibilities:

    πŸ”Ή General Operations & Cross-Functional Support

    βœ” Assist with various operational tasks to keep business functions running smoothly. βœ” Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless workflows. βœ” Tackle unexpected challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

    βœ” Provide basic IT troubleshooting (software issues, system setups, user support). βœ” Maintain and update company software, tools, and databases. βœ” Train employees on new systems and software updates as needed.

    βœ” Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional customer service. βœ” Assist customers with system navigation, account issues, and general inquiries. βœ” Ensure a positive client experience by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.

    βœ” Oversee client order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency. βœ” Collaborate with finance teams to assist with invoicing, billing discrepancies, and payment tracking.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    βœ” Tech-Savvy – Basic IT troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new tools. βœ” Software Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools. βœ” Customer Service Experience – Strong ability to assist clients with system navigation and troubleshooting. βœ” Billing & Invoicing Knowledge – Familiarity with financial processes is a plus. βœ” Excellent Communication – Strong written and verbal skills to collaborate effectively. βœ” Highly Organized & Adaptable – Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting. βœ” Self-Motivated Team Player – Works independently while also being a strong collaborator. βœ” Prior Experience in Operations, Administration, or Related Fields is preferred.
