This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys creating and implementing office systems, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. While real estate experience is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is a strong work ethic, a passion for organization, and the ability to keep things running seamlessly. Compensation: • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health & Dental Benefits • Retirement savings plan eligibility • Opportunity for career growth and leadership Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize office systems, processes, and procedures for efficiency. • Oversee transaction coordination, internal communication, and client management. • Maintain financial records, process payments, track commissions, and generate reports. • Coordinate office logistics, including equipment purchases and maintenance. • Support hiring, training, and onboarding of team members. • Monitor and enhance marketing processes to ensure brand consistency. • Track and report sales performance and key business metrics. • Maintain an operations manual to document best practices and workflows. • Occasionally assist with office-related errands as needed. Qualifications: • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail. • Strong multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. • Ability to work independently while supporting a high-energy team. • Passion for checklists, to-do lists, and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment. • Candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse).
