    Your Mission

    The Director of Operations is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to ensure excellence in the daily operations of our 6 schools in South Florida.

    Your responsibilities

    Ensure the proper functioning of the school programs, focusing primarily on the implementation of the educational program (VESS) and staff development.

    Oversee programs, services and activities that facilitate the delivery of an excellent educational program, customer experience and quality of service.

    Identify and implement program improvement opportunities to ensure the experience of children and their families.

    Ensure high performance of assigned staff to ensure achievement of goals and objectives by

    Providing technical assistance in the design, development, community relations management and operation of programs.

    Developing collaborative partnerships with local schools, families and community organizations.

    What we need

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

    Minimum of five years of management and supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

    Considerable knowledge of: the mission, goals, policies, programs, and procedures of the daily operations of the school.

    Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and coordinate operations; supervise staff; recruit and retain key personnel; and manage budgets.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and develop solutions to problems with limited supervision.

    Limited supervision.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to complete required training and attend events.

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, subordinates, board members, community groups, and other related agencies.

    Work requires the ability to function in both an administrative office and school environment.
