Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Operations Finance Controller to play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across our operations organization. This role focuses on ensuring d ata quality, transparency, and collaboration across multiple branches while overseeing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and operational controlling activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, supply chain management, and operations, with expertise in analyzing costs, supporting demand planning, and driving financial efficiency.
Reporting to the Director of Business Controlling and with a dotted line to the Operations Director, this role will support Region Management Teams and collaborate closely with Regional Controllers, Branch Managers, Regional Operations Managers, HR Business Partners, and Finance Support Teams across Doka USA and the Doka Global organization. This is an exciting, hybrid opportunity based out of Doka USA's National Support Office in Kenilworth, NJ to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, international environment.
